There are no uptime guarantees at this time. However, I do my best to ensure that everything stays working as much as possible. Occasionally, I may restart services hosted, but I try to only do this when there are no players on the server.
We do not currently offer refunds under any conditions unless prior arrangements have been made. If you wish to discontinue service, please cancel any automatic payments and notify us immediately.
You are required to give notice of service cancellation at least a month in advance. Cancellation is only considered in effect when we are notified: if you wait 2 months to tell us, expect to pay for those 2 months.
Hosting service is sold with specific purposes and restrictions. Attempts to bypass these restrictions or run servers not specifically purchased are not tolerated and may result in immediate suspension and/or cancellation of all services without refund.
We do not under any circumstances tolerate abuse of computers or people, nor illegal or immoral activity. Any attempts can result in suspension or termination of service, and depending on the severity, reporting to law enforcement authorities and/or pursing legal prosecution.
