Frequenty Asked Questions

Low Pings

We cannot at this time make any guarantees about pings, but recent testing over a 3½ day period showed that our customer had a ping under 24ms for 99.96% of the time (that's 2 minutes out of 3 days his ping was higher than 24ms!). Also during this testing, we found that his highest ping was still under 77ms.

Control Panel Browser Support

We support any standards-compliant web browser. This includes at least Konqueror, Safari and FireFox .

Payment Methods

We accept both mailed and online payments. Mailed payments are accepted as either a check or money order. AlertPay, Google Checkout, PayPal, and Pecunix are accepted services for online payment. Please contact Luke-Jr for details on any payment method, including mailing address and/or online payment email addresses.

Currency Selection

We accept payment in American Liberty dollars, Austrailian dollars, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs, Euros, grams of gold, pounds sterling, U.S. Dollars, or Japanese Yen. Usage of real money (backed by silver or gold) over fiat U.S. Dollars is encouraged, and often the exchange rate reflects a lower overall cost for payments made this way. Liberty Dollar costs are, unfortunately, higher than that of U.S. Dollars at this time. We hope to see this change soon.

Free Hosting

We are often asked to host servers for free. Unfortunately, in the real world, resources such as servers and especially low latency hosting cost money. We cannot therefore offer free hosting, unless you have some amazing new idea on how to pay the bills.

Free Help

When people learn we cannot afford to offer free hosting, they often fall back to asking for help on setting up a server at home. While obviously such a scenario wouldn't be anywhere near the level of server quality that we can provide, private tutoring does take time and deprives others with the same problem of the solution. Please ask your question in the relevant community forums (such as the Armagetron forums). This allows us, or more likely someone even quicker, to answer your question in public where it benefits everyone.
